今天下午我接到PAYPAL公司一个女士打来的一个电话，说是捐助雅安这个账号是你们Chinese为中国的自然灾害(natural disasters in China)捐款，PAYPAL不予支持。我对此进行了详细解释，结果对方根本不予听取。然后发来一个电子邮件称：
"due to legal and regulatory constraints, we are unable to process payments for or on behalf of charities, political parties/organizations, nonprofit organizations, religious institutions, etc. in countries that fall under the PayPal Private Limited jurisdiction.... This PayPal account, ...has been permanently limited and there will be no appeals to the decision."
也就是说，PAYPAL公司永久地限制了这个账号。
显然，我们根本不是、也不代表中国的“charities, political parties/organizations, nonprofit organizations, religious institutions"。
