我对澳洲学者 BURGIO博士质疑说:“你的实验失败了,你进行了报告。但这不能说明 NgAgo 不行。”
BURGIO回答说:“我同意你的说法。但这不是我博文里说的。请再读我的博文。”
我还说:“你的博文没有理性。你未能做出不等于没人能做出。你匆忙的结论可能到时回头困扰你。”
对此,BURGIO 承认他没做出来等于别人做不出来,只是目前没有人说做出来。
我对西班牙的MONTOLIU博士说:“你否定NgAgo的言辞听起来像是给 CRISPR 打广告。为什么?”
我还说:“耐心是一种美德。一次NgAgo成功就可以证明它可行。为什么这么急于结论?”
对此,PLOS 合成生物组回应说:“同意。NgAgo 也许是非常好的工具。所以追问为什么无人重复很重要。”

@YDX2015 agreed, NgoAgo might be a great new tool. Which is why it is important to find out why nobody else has got it to work.
@GaetanBurgio So, your experiment failed, and you reported it. But that does not prove that NgAgo is a no go.

@GaetanBurgio Your blog is irrational. That you failed doesn't mean no one can succeed. The rushed conclusion may come back to haunt you.
@YDX2015 I agree my failure doesn't mean it doesn't work but nobody has reported success yet. If it works for you, please show your data
