杨文彬来信：不要EMAIL

一个多星期前，9月22日，我收到杨文彬的一封电子邮件，说他不会反对法院就其 Motion to Quash 的初步判决（这封邮件同时被发给法院的书记员）。杨某使用的这个邮箱是其列在法庭文件上的邮箱。
I received your fax regarding email communications. Previously you have notified the Court Clerk and
myself regarding the tentative ruling by email. You listed this w_________@gmail.com on your court
filings. Your claim that you don't want email communication is self‐contradictory. If you don't want
to receive email, you should let the Court know.
In addition, I have emailed you at w__________@gmail.com regarding the meet‐and‐confer in
preparation of the CMC. Please do check your email.

9月29日，我给法院书记员及杨文彬发了一封邮件，也是关于法院初步判决的内容。后来又给他发了个邮件，协商CMC的事情。结果昨天收到杨文彬的一个传真，称他绝对不跟我进行电子邮件通讯，看见我的邮件就要删掉。
下面是我的回应（同时也传真了）：
Dear Mr. Yang, The Defendant,
I received your fax regarding email communications. Previously you have notified the Court Clerk and

PS: 杨文彬又来了封传真，说我用互联网病毒吓着他了（杨的这一诽谤性指责可能会被加入起诉书作为新的诽谤指控---如果是非特权的话），
下面是我的回信
Dear Mr. Yang, the Defendant,
Your accusation of serving you by Internet Virus Attack technique is another example of your reckless and unlawful behavior of making defamatory statements. How could you be scared by the Summons of the California Court? Were you afraid of justice? Why?
Regarding the CMC, I sent you the email, Google scanned the message and did not find any virus. Even if you deleted it, it can be recovered from the Trash bin. I think you are not being truthful.
